Landmark Realty at 311 West Main Street, Inverness, Florida.

My experience with this particular realty company is as follows:

I moved out of a place that I rented from them and had a cleaning service clean the whole place and took pictures to verify the job was done... 3 weeks later I had to go up to landmark to see what is going on about my security deposit and the lady Linda assured me that they have been in the house and I left it a mess. Mind you I have pictures and a receipt from cleaning company who cleaned the property. I called a few times prior and I was told someone would be in contact with me. They lack communication unless it has to do with something they need from you. I was never late on my rent and always paid full amount. It seems to me that they are not being honest and if I have to I will be taking this to court for further review. I believe this branch of landmark realty does not represent the franchise well.
