Aspen Dental at 2755 East Gulf to Lake Highway, Inverness, Florida.

I have not physically been to this location yet but they are already worth the 5 stars in my book. Yesterday, I went in for an appointment at a different Aspen Dental location due to severe wisdom tooth pain. When I went in for my appointment, they did their exam and saw that it is in fact a wisdom tooth coming out and that it has a pretty large crack/hole in it which is why it is causing me so much pain. When I went to go make the appointment to have it extracted, they told me I needed to have 60% of the payment upfront to schedule, (no dental insurance) therefore, I was unable to make the appointment there at the office. They did tell me that they don't have anything available until next week which was very discouraging to me because I have already missed 2 days of work because my mouth hurts so badly. The doc was nice enough and gave me a prescription for 800mg Ibuprofen to minimize the pain and swelling until I can have it removed. I still wasn't thrilled with having to wait this long to be seen (or even to just book to be seen) but I knew the medication would help until that time came.
Once, I got the payment situated (about 20 mins after leaving the office) I called back to book the appointment and the lady tells me that there has been a cancellation and that she can get me booked for this Thurs at 11am! I was ecstatic!...until I got an email this morning stating it is NEXT Thurs and NOT tomorrow. I immediately called to clarify and they very rudely suggested that I "call around" and find someone who will take me in sooner. Terrible, terrible customer service.
I called FOUR Aspen Dental locations today. 2 were full until next week and the other 2 told me that they would call me back. The first said they would call me back around 11am, still no call. Jessica in the Inverness office told me that the doc was out until 2pm and that she will work on getting my x-rays sent to them and will do what she can to get me in ASAP. She said there wasn't too much availability left this week but that she would talk to the doc as soon as s/he comes back and looks at the X-RAYS. She assured me that she will really try to make this work. Sure enough, she called me back in less than one hour and told me to come on in THIS Friday morning at 8am and they will get this awful tooth out. I honestly feel like she went above and beyond for me. I can't thank her enough. I will finally find some relief. Thank you Jessica!
